On 29th May 2019, in Hanoi, EVN’s Deputy General Director Nguyen Tai Anh welcomed and worked with Mr. Brian M.T. Selby - Director of GE Hydropower in ASEAN region.

On 22 November 2018, the Viet Nam Electricity (EVN) issued a Decisions on establishing 5 affiliated units, including: Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, EVN Power Service Center (EVNPSC) and Power Project Management Boards of No. 1, No. 2, No. 3.

On January 8, 2019, in Ha Noi, Viet Nam Electricity (EVN) announced Decisions to establish EVN Power Service Center (EVNPSC) and to appoint leaders of EVNPSC.
